The IT team at the Czech University of Life Sciences (CZU) has taken advantage of this opportunity to improve the options for working and studying from anywhere. Staff started using virtual desktops six years ago when the university implemented VMware Horizon. Based on positive experiences with VMware technologies, the university has now implemented the latest version of Horizon 8.4 for its staff and will also be implementing virtual desktops for its students to enable them to take full advantage of all the modern study applications from anywhere.
