Developing a co-creation platform for 5G service solutions

NTT DOCOMO developed a cloud platform using VMware Cloud Foundation in about half a year. This platform was to be used by participants of its DOCOMO Open Partner Program, where partner companies could develop their own assets and collaborate with other partners for new service development. VMware Cloud Foundation enabled a flexible IT infrastructure to accommodate for technological innovation, with simple management. After the service started, they leveraged its automation function to successfully deliver constant updates within a short period of time for consistent innovation.
