Recurrent power cuts, each lasting for hours, caused frequent downtime in its mission-critical ERP system, which was hosted at its headquarters. Hence Oway worked with Golden TMH Telecom to migrate its ERP system to the GTMH Edge Cloud, which is powered by VMware’s best-in-class cloud technologies. As a result, the business can operate seamlessly even during power outages. By enabling the IT team to work remotely and troubleshoot issues quickly from the vCloud Director portal, business performance has improved by 30%.
