SOAG Europe SA has been active in manufacturing plastic automotive parts since 1966 and expanded in 2008 to produce components for domestic appliances. The manufacturer has a broad regional footprint, with 2,000 staff distributed over 14 plants, located across Europe and North Africa. To operate successfully, the SOAG Europe business model requires the secure sharing of data on all its sites. Therefore, SOAG Europe migrated from an on-premises distributed network to an IaaS-based platform managed by VMware Cloud Director, creating a scalable, lean and agile platform that enables seamless and efficient interaction between its multiple locations.
