Barbara comes to VMware’s Advisory Practice from a background in Digital Health. She previously held CTO roles for Hospital Providers Healthscope and Sydney Adventist Hospital, successfully leading digital transformation technology strategy and execution programs. Barbara has also consulted in digitally-enabled health facilities design to NSW Health, a Public Health Agency serving 8 million Australian citizens. 

Barbara assists VMware healthcare customers to achieve their business goals through technology adoption that drives real business, clinical and patient outcomes.

Farid Agahi, EUC Technology Director – Healthcare – VMware

Farid is a Senior Technology Strategist at VMware focused on the end-user computing portfolio. Based in the US Bay Area, he has over 25 yrs experience in large-scale health IT transformation with deep insights into the healthcare challenges our customers are facing today.

Farid engages with clients’ leadership to develop strategies and end-to-end blueprints covering technology, architecture and operations to achieve their EUC future state and workspace vision. Farid’s prior roles include Chief Enterprise Engineer for Kaiser Permanente where he was closely involved in implementing an HR program based on EPIC’s platform servicing 150,000 clinicians and Director/VP of EUC engineering function at Wells Fargo Bank.

Will Dallender-Jones, Lead Architect – EUC, Australia & New Zealand, VMware

Will is the Lead Architect for End User Computing in the ANZ Region, providing technical and strategic oversight for our largest and most complex customers. Will typically gets involved with business case development & value realisation, providing best practice guidance and creating technical roadmaps & solution architectures that help customers achieve their vision for the future of work.

Will has worked across APJ with VMware EUC for 9 years and has previously held EUC roles at Citrix & HP Technology Consulting.
